SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Promote and sell a to new and existing Key customers/Key Accounts in a given country by developing strong customer relationships, liaising with the client market, and responding to sales and technical inquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and customer satisfaction targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions- Provide excellent service to customers by visiting them regularly and solving their problems. Meet their demands & drive satisfaction, meet sales budget and increase/maintain our market share.- Provide technical clarification, technical advice and support customer to solve technical issue before/ during project /Dry Docking period.- Expand business opportunities by opening new potential customers/ branches in responded area to achieve department’s strategy plan.- Develop and maintain effective relationship with customers through regular schedule of visit.- To manage - prioritize significant of each coming job and complete required job to meet deadline or required time especially assigned key account.- Support sales and marketing activities by introducing, promoting to prospect customers to achieve company’s sales targets- To develop protective dealer or new potential customer to cover all focus area of protective business by follow company objective & policy- Contribute towards department’s performance by maintaining min level of profitability target to meet company’s operational objectives.- Prepare specifications, quotations, brochures to meet customers’ requirement and Provide ongoing technical service as per customers’ request- DSO collection for allocated customers. Assist Credit control team whenever required in DSO issues.- Keep Sales Manager regularly informed about the market situation, competitor’ activities and customers’ feedback by reporting, meeting, etc.- Shall follow the HSEQ requirements and_ reporting a near-miss and any unsafe._

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineer, marketing etc.- Minimum 3 Years experience in Sales and marketing or in paint market.- Self motivate, Aggressive, Positive.- Advance skill in coating, Interpersonal skill, Strong communication.- Good command of both spoken and written English,- Readiness to travel upcountry.
