Our client is in the Real Estate business.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing counsel to managers and leaders regarding employee relations issues.
- Facilitating issue resolution, improve employee morale and maintain visibility of the HR function.
- Providing advise on business of line management with regard to disciplinary action, company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Implementing the employee development programs and provide individual development and career counseling.
- Participating as member of global, regional and local initiative teams.
- Working directly with APAC C&B team and local HR team.

**Job Qualifications**
- Preferable 35-40 years old (Open).
- 5-10+ years of HRBP experience preferably from FMCG organization and if have C&B background would be advantage.
- Proven track record of business partnering with direct line of management for over 7-10 BUs, managing stakeholders and working in a matrix organization is desires.
- Efficient knowledge of People processes, organizational complexity and proven project management skills.
- Experienced involve disciplinary, people matter, talent review, performance appraisal, commission scheme.
- Good interpersonal skill, Pro-active working, Independent and Business English level - work across APAC.
