Customer Service Supervisor

Our client is a freight forwarding company (air/sea).

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and monitoring the daily shipment and updating the customer for all deliveries in a timely manner.
- Liaising with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments.
- Liaising with logistics agencies on the transportation for delivery/shipment of goods.
- Liaising with customers for air/sea freight shipments.
- Handling costing, billing documentation, and payment for air/sea shipment.
- Ensuring accurate costing and revenues are applied to each shipment.
- Ensuring all jobs are properly closed within the deadline.
- Updating and maintaining all reports as requested by HQ/Management within the deadline.
- Performing any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-year(s) of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics/Airfreight background is an advantage.
- Relevant job knowledge and experience, including air, both import and export in operations and customer service exposures.
- Willing to work in BKK.
- Pro-active attitude.

**Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and the local language. Mandarin speaking and writing will be an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
