**Job Description**:
Responsible for revenue, profit growth, market share of Eurofins Food Testing in Thailand by Manage and lead sales team and sell products through multiple channels including broker and subcontracted. This role will work closely with top management and deliver a successful communication of vision to deploy strategic initiatives to expand the market. Planning, developing and implementing sales strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for achieving KPIs in sales, revenues, volume, sectoral presence, customer service, client loyalty and profitability for Food Testing Business Unit (BU)

Manage and support key sales activities in food testing BU such as assisting Business Unit Manager for budget exercise, sales forecast, monthly reports

Establish brand and promotion through contacts, customer service initiatives, presentations and knowledge sharing.

Implement and deploy the Eurofins vision and strategy to develop food testing BU and reach a leadership position through business plan integration and translation of strategy into action plans

Expand the portfolio of food testing related tests performed in Eurofins laboratory testing according to both local regulations and international standards

Establish superior relationships with regulatory bodies in food domain and gain insights on new upcoming regulations for business strategies.

Collaborate with all BU to build on their existing customers for food testing services

Continuous drive and improve the quality and efficiency of operations, lean manufacturing techniques, benchmarking with other Eurofins laboratories, exchange of best practices with other subsidiary companies.

Continuous improve the financial performance in sales (P&L and DSO) at a granular level by relentless explore ways to improve profitability and cash generation to reaching best industry standards in all sales activities.

Be entrepreneurship and cost conscious to spend the resources frugally, stay connected to details and dive deep in the business when needed.

Establish superior relationships with target customers by becoming their preferred and reliable supplier for food testing services, achieving customer’s expectation.

Make sure the cross-selling synergies with other Eurofins laboratories being aligned developed.

Initiate the proactive and positive change, spot opportunities quickly and come up with alternatives, creative solutions to customer’s unmet needs, and demands.

Assist commercial teams and Managing Director to form the proactive team and cultivate nontoxic environment and culture to supports change and innovation by leading according to Eurofins Leadership Charter and act as a role model of leadership

**Qualifications**:
Equivalent degree in food testing laboratory

Experiences in Food laboratory testing in accordance to ISO/IEC17025 over several years. Excellent proven track record in Sales

Very good communication skills and fluent in Thai and English

Knowledge of national and international legislations of food testing laboratory

Experience as a Sales, Marketing and BD leader in food testing industry for minimum 6-10 years, preferably in food analytical testing with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role

Structural and methodical thought and objective authority skills
