**Key Account Manager - Food Services Channel**
**Location**: Thailand (Hybrid/Remote)
**About the Role**
Join a dynamic team at **Flora Food Group** and help expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) channel. As a **Key Account Manager**, you will drive business growth through product demonstrations, engaging with key operators, managing accounts, and collaborating with distributors to maximize opportunities. If you have a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships, this role is for you
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Business Development**
- Drive sales by engaging with key operators and showcasing **Flora Food Group's** products.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the restaurant, hotel, and catering sectors.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with distributors to expand regional business opportunities.
- **Key Account & Customer Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders (chefs, owners).
- Manage contracts and negotiations to create win-win solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- **Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales processes.
- **Compliance & Ethics**
- Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
**About You**
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Food Service Sales, preferably within HORECA channels.
- Strong experience in distributor management and customer acquisition.
- Excellent networking skills with industry stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Thai and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
