SPEA Thailand Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the globally renowned SPEA S.p.A Group, is seeking an accomplished Logistics and Administrative Professional to join its team in Bangkok.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping. Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control and record keeping is also a crucial aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems is necessary for success in this role.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through thorough stock control and record-keeping practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient order processing and shipping.
  • Provide administrative support to the back office, including document management, report preparation, and issue resolution.
  • Handle communications with suppliers and customers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Thai and English language (written and spoken); other language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Thai citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or related administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory management principles and warehouse procedures.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems.

**Estimated Salary:** THB 35,000 - THB 50,000 per month (dependent on experience).

**Location:** Bangkok, Thailand.
