- Position Overview
- : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team and oversee the procurement process for our various businesses within the Soho Hospitality Complex. The Purchasing Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our operations.
- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Soho Hospitality. Collaborate with senior management to define procurement goals and establish KPIs for cost savings, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiency.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts. Regularly evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Vendor Sourcing and Selection: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers to expand our network and ensure a diverse range of high-quality products and services. Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and ethical standards.
- Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs. Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, monitor consumption patterns, and forecast demand accurately.
- Cost Management: Analyze market trends and benchmark prices to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Implement cost-effective procurement strategies and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and culinary departments, to ensure that all purchased products and materials meet our quality standards and specifications.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical practices in all procurement activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance the procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X+ years) as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement leadership role, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or marketing consultancy sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management.
Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
