**Warehouse & Distribution Associate Manager**

**Overall purpose of job**:

- Operation management with 3PL (End to End process - Medical Devices & Pharmaceutical Sector).
- Drive CIP and Budget management.
- Coordinate and execute Project improvement that can initiate by Local or regional.
- Compliance monitoring both in operation and IT.
- Partner with commercial to drive and support for business growth.
- Support Company Project

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- 3PL operation management: Customer service, Warehouse and Distribution management with operation

KPI monitoring (contractual and special requested) and this will be related to Consumer Local & LCM Sector.- Ensure day-to-day operation at 3PL is operating smoothly and all KPIs and turnaround times are adhered to; and in compliance with Franchise Quality requirement.
- Provide continuous feedback to 3PL management for improve their services to JNJ.
- Driving a continuous improvement mindset to facilitate operational excellence and efficiency. Whilst maintaining our quality and compliance standards.
- Review and Challenge in 3PL KPI to make more efficiency year on year.
- 3PL Cost management: The budget cost includes CIP (Cost Improvement) will be monitored and action to meet overall plan.
- Inventory Management: Be a partner with Supply planning team to create inventory level and health monitoring. (Inventory aging, SKU classification, WH layout management and destruction action).
- Other related
- Compliance in operation include TPI or HCCP.
- Quality and EH&S complied.
- Project driving both local and regional.

**Qualifications**:
**Role eligibility/requirements**- Strong Supply Chain & Logistic background at least 3-5 years of experience in Medical Devices/ healthcare Business
- High experienced in Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation management/ Project Management and Cost Management.
- High experienced skilled/ Competencies in People management, Leadership skill, Negotiation skill, Problem solving skill, Analytic skill, Planning skill (short term, long term, capacity planning).

**Essential knowledge and skills**:

- Medical Devices & Pharmaceutical background.
- Logical thinking for warehouse and transportation management.
- Operation management.
- Planning knowledge.
- SAP knowledge.
- Cost management.
- Basic Financial Knowledge
