**Group Brand Manager**
**Location: Bangkok, Thailand**

**Group Brand Manager is responsible for**
- ** Developing brand objectives and strategies to ensure that individual brand objectives are in line with the corporate brand strategy and monitors the achievement of objectives.**
- ** Drives brand growth in terms of both shares of market and sales through the monthly monitoring brand performance and initiate the brand solution.**
- ** Coach & Develop team members.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Business planning, business analysis, consumer understanding, retailer understanding, competitive tracking and analysis and development of specific insights.**
- ** Develop a vision and strategies and deliver against the plans. Align and communicate plans with division and local teams.**
- ** Build brand equity and achieve both business objectives and marketing objectives.**
- ** Oversee brand plan both short term and long term. Actively engage in all aspects of Media and 5P’s**
- ** Work effectively with the cross functional team / division team and agencies to develop marketing activities.**
- ** Manage brand P&L profitably, ensure the brand investment is optimized with the effective plan and continually evaluate the plan with the ROI mindset.**
- ** Successfully launch new products agreed in the roadmap.**
- ** Work on conceptualization of New Product Development and work closely with cross functional teams to work on Consumer Journeys and Brand Concepts.**
- ** Leverage Data and trends to derive insights and strengthen the activations and marketing activities.**

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- ** A proven track record of performance with at least 3 years of increasing marketing responsibility, strong understanding of FMCG consumers and business processes.**
- ** Bachelor Degree in Business or related field (Master is preferred but not mandatory).**
- ** At least 7-8 years working experience in Brand Management from FMCG business.**

**Functional Competencies**
- ** Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai; ability to communicate in a clear, focused, persuasive manner.**
- ** Strong analytical skills and familiar with external tracking data (i.e. Nielsen Index, Kantar Panel, Brand Health Tracking).**
- ** Strategic Thinking: Developing strategies and proactively responding to consumer/shopper trends, competitive threats, and brand issues and opportunities.**
- ** Consumer Marketing Planning: Building superior marketing bundles and brand/category plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase.**
- ** Advertising Development: Creative and Media Translating brand positioning and strategy into effective consumer communications and effectively reaching as many target consumers as possible.**
- ** Trade Understanding: Understanding the trade environment and aligning Colgate’s category/brand strategies with customer priorities.**
- ** Brand Concept and Consumer Journeys experience for New Product Development and Innovation assignments.**
- ** Data dexterity and ability to draw insights and make data based decisions.**
