**APERÇU DU POSTE**:
Les spécialistes des ventes techniques (TSS) sont des membres clés de notre équipe de vente. Ils apportent l'expertise technique qui permet à nos équipes commerciales de bien comprendre les besoins de nos clients et de développer des solutions adaptées. Ils peuvent également présenter ou démontrer des propositions de produits et fournir un soutien technique aux clients avant et après une vente. Ils sont affectés à un ou plusieurs portefeuilles de technologies et de gammes de produits. Les spécialistes des ventes techniques relèvent directement du directeur des ventes local et indirectement du vice-président régional des ventes de son territoire. Ce poste nécessite de nombreux déplacements (un minimum de 60% du temps est prévu).

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Soutenir les directeurs des ventes dans leur rôle principal de développer de nouvelles affaires et de conclure des opportunités ;
- Soutenir l'équipe des ventes lors des rencontres avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et négocier les spécifications des produits ;
- Assister l'équipe de vente avec des activités sur le terrain telles que des démonstrations de produits, assister à des salons professionnels et autres événements de l'entreprise, donner des conférences, des webinaires et des cours de formation ainsi qu'influencer les propriétaires d'actifs ;
- Soutenir l'équipe de vente pour créer des offres commerciales cohérentes en utilisant des avantages techniques permettant de différencier notre offre de la concurrence ;
- Sous la supervision du directeur des ventes qui opère en tant que son délégué sur certains projets / missions ou territoires spécifiques
- Interagir régulièrement avec les directeurs des ventes pour discuter des opportunités et exécuter selon les directives données ;
- Exécuter la stratégie de l'unité commerciale par le biais de plans de marketing respectifs et d'activités sur le terrain ;
- Collaborer au développement d'outils marketing, flyers, etc. pour mieux outiller l'équipe de vente;
- Recueillir des informations techniques et commerciales sur les produits concurrents
- Fournir les commentaires des clients et du marché aux chefs de produit et aux autres parties prenantes;
- Assister l'équipe des ventes avec les rapports de visite CRM et fournir un support dans le processus de soumission;
- S'approprier fortement la promotion de la culture Eddyfi, du portefeuille de produits et des services associés ;
- Transmettre la culture et les valeurs de l'entreprise aux clients.

**EXPERIENCE REQUISE**:

- Minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Forte expertise en PAUT et autres techniques
- Sens des affaires
- Aucune restriction de voyage dans la région ASIE-Pacifique
- Diplôme en ingénierie, sciences ou programme similaire
- Parle couramment l'anglais
