**Role Summary**:
The **Sublimation Print Specialist** will be responsible for operating and maintaining sublimation printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and optimizing workflow efficiency. This role requires expertise in sublimation printing, color matching, and fabric handling to produce vibrant, long-lasting prints that meet our brand’s quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sublimation printers, heat presses, and cutting equipment.
- Ensure color accuracy and print quality by adjusting printer settings and ICC color profiles.
- Prepare artwork for printing, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, and positioning.
- Work with the production team to manage print schedules and meet deadlines.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot printing issues, such as color inconsistencies, banding, or transfer failures.
- Maintain an organized workflow and ensure inventory of inks, papers, and fabrics.
- Collaborate with the design team to optimize artwork for sublimation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **sublimation printing** (sportswear, apparel, or têxtile industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of **color theory, ICC profiling, and print calibration**. (Egrosoft)
- Hands-on experience with sublimation printers (e.g., **Mimaki, Oric, Roland, Grando**).
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for print preparation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve print quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic knowledge of heat pressing techniques and fabric types.
