- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on IT initiatives, progress, and issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for IT-enabled improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation and transition of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to select and manage external IT vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address any issues or escalations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Promote and enforce best practices related to IT security, data privacy, and risk management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement IT governance frameworks and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT relationship management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of commercial business operations and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and vice versa.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional certifications in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP) are desirable.
