- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation and transition of IT solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and vice versa.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional certifications in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP) are desirable.
