**Job Detail**:
- 1. Plan, organize, and operate the physical events/stores of the company or with partners.
- 1.1 Work with subordinate to coordinate with Event Organizers to ensure that all requirements are met for the
- physical events.
- 1.2 Work with subordinate to coordinate with Marketing Team for the physical event issues.
- 1.3 Work with subordinate to coordinate with Logistics Team for product shipping and stock checking.
- 1.4 Work with subordinate to coordinate with Accounting Department to clear the physical event budgets.
- 1.5 Work with subordinate to recruit and manage Part-Time Staffs for the physical events.
- 2. Develop and Maintain relationship with retail partners such as bookstores, PUBAT, retail stores, movie theatres, and online platforms.and other companies to maximize the media mix of company’s products such as publications, merchandise, movies, etc.
- 3. Create a performance report of partners and or event and present it to the marketing and management team to propose and execute the improvement plan.
- 4. Source the new ACG (Anime, Comic and Game) partners, service, or sellers to partner with Company.
- 5. Any other duties assigned from time to time.- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail business (especially publishing business)
- 2-3 years' experience planning and executing events of varying sizes
- Good command in English for internal communication
- Have personal car and driving license for business purpose
- Able to travel upcountry- Experience in project management with a track record of successful events.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage external vendor resources and relationships.
- Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Expert time management skills.-
- Anime, Comic, Game, Anime lovers would be a plus

- Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: None, Work in office 100%, SAT depends on event projects, can switch day-off))

- 1.2 ทำงานร่วมกับลูกน้องเพื่อประสานงานกับทีมการตลาดสำหรับปัญหาทางกายภาพ
- 1.3 ทำงานร่วมกับลูกน้องในการประสานงานกับ Logistic Team ในการจัดส่งสินค้าและเช็คสต็อค
- 1.4 ทำงานร่วมกับลูกน้องเพื่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อเคลียร์งบประมาณการจัดงาน
- 1.5 ทำงานร่วมกับลูกน้องเพื่อสรรหาและจัดการพนักงานพาร์ทไทม์สำหรับกิจกรรมทางกายภาพ
- 2. พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับพันธมิตรค้าปลีก เช่น ร้านหนังสือ PUBAT ร้านค้าปลีก โรงภาพยนตร์ และแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ และบริษัทอื่นๆ เพื่อเพิ่มการผสมผสานสื่อของผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท เช่น สิ่งพิมพ์ สินค้า ภาพยนตร์ เป็นต้น
- 3. จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานของคู่ค้าและหรืองานอีเวนต์และนำเสนอต่อทีมการตลาดและผู้บริหารเพื่อเสนอและดำเนินการตามแผนปรับปรุง
