This position is located at our Aman Nai Lert in Bangkok, Thailand.

Overview:
As a catalyst for brand visibility and effective communication, the Marketing and Communications Manager assumes a strategic role in driving our organization's messaging and engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position encompasses the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, and content strategies. The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand recognition, engaging audiences, and contributing to the organization's growth and reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and market trends.
- Lead the marketing and communications team, guiding them to create compelling content, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept to analysis, leveraging various mediums such as digital, social, print, and events.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
- Create and deliver engaging and consistent messaging across all communication platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and key messages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to refine strategies and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through effective team management, collaboration, and motivation.
- Proficiency in crafting impactful messages, storytelling, and content creation across diverse channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for various audiences.
- Creativity and innovation to develop unique marketing concepts that resonate with target demographics.
- Adaptability to evolving market dynamics and willingness to stay informed about industry trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
