Key Responsibilities
- Be a project owner to lead and execute SES marketing activities across Samsung Experience Stores nationwide
- Manage marketing communication among online, offline and in-store media
- Develop online and social media platform (Line, Facebook, Tiktok, etc) to leverage e-commerce channel and visibility for SES
- Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and marketing opportunities
- Evolve with CRM management to create engagement program for SES valued customer
- Establish and maintain SES sell-out platform and trade marketing to leverage SES proposition for sustainable growth in long term. Collaborate across sales and trade marketing departments to gain consensus on trade marketing program strategies and execution
- Ensure all best practice direction is followed regionally
- Develop and tailor local marketing campaigns to best suited SES and find creative approaches to differentiate SES from competitors
- Oversee the local execution and strategic promotion of events, exhibitions, product launches following the global guidelines ensuring everything is well-executed as planned
- Work with agencies to develop and design marketing materials
- Assist with identifying potential local partnerships and collaborations, including pitches
- Ensure regular communication and provide updates to the SES Manager and Head of Retail Group on local execution, market trend, highlighting and resolving any discrepancies between local and global approach
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offerings for categories
- Manage day to day requests from team/management

Leadership Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to execute activated integrated marketing programs
- Manage agencies / 3rd party teams and oversee execution

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications / Key Skills Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years relevant experience in marketing, partnerships or ad/brand/creative agency in retail industry with a passion for and understanding of retail
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills Refined verbal and written communication skills
- The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all marketing assets and social media channels and must be a fully competent and motivated individual with a strong proven track record of building positive and solid relationships
- Action-oriented with exceptional project management skills - able to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects at once
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with internal/external clients and vendors - able to influence and communicate a vision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and responds with resourcefulness and an ability to think outside the box
- Innate curiosity with an interest in art, culture & luxury
- Positive attitude and able to quickly build team rapport
