- Customer Success Executive (JP) (50K-80K) (SDG-104213)
- ผู้บริหารความสำเร็จของลูกค้า (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น)- ・Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ・Contract Renewals
- Proactively manage the renewal process, negotiating terms that align with client needs and company goals.
- ・Churn Prevention
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to retain them. Addressing any issues to prevent cancellations.
- ・Opportunity Expansion
- Explore and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- ・Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze account performance against key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- ・Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support product promotion by delivering product value to customers as new functions are being released. Proposal of integration with other services to make client become a business infrastructure.

- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ติดต่อหลักในการสอบถามข้อมูลและข้อกังวลของลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในระดับสูง
- ・การต่ออายุสัญญา
- จัดการกระบวนการต่ออายุในเชิงรุก เจรจาเงื่อนไขที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ・การป้องกันการเลิกใช้งาน
- ระบุบัญชีที่มีความเสี่ยงและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อรักษาไว้ แก้ไขปัญหาใด ๆ เพื่อป้องกันการยกเลิก
- ・การขยายโอกาส
- สำรวจและระบุโอกาสในการขายต่อยอดและการขายต่อเนื่องภายในบัญชีที่มีอยู่เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของรายได้
- ・การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพบัญชีเทียบกับตัวชี้วัดหลักเพื่อแจ้งการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
- ・การทำงานร่วมกันข้ามสายงาน
- สนับสนุนการส่งเสริมการขายผลิตภัณฑ์โดยการส่งมอบมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าเมื่อมีการเปิดตัวฟังก์ชั่นใหม่ ข้อเสนอบูรณาการกับบริการอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้ากลายเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางธุรกิจ
- ・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree

・At least 3-5 years of working experience as B-to-B sale
- ・Corporate customer confrontation experience (solution sales experience is preferable rather than simple product sales).
- ・Businss level of Japanese (N1 up)
- ・More than Conversational high level of English (Business level of English prefer)
- ・Basic PC skills (ppt, excel, word, etc.)
- ・Customer-oriented and high communication skills
- ・Product-oriented and interested in improving the service/product.
- ・ Strong will and passion to create and develop a new market who sympathizes with the company mission and values
- ・ Respect team work and cooperativeness: The organization is still small and initiatives other than your own work is welcome- ・Project management and/or account management experience (min 3 years) in the IT/SaaS industry.
- ・Experience of payment and/or billing related SaaS services
- ・Experience of ERP sales
- ・IT consulting experience to large enterprises.
- ・Experience of using SFDC, HubSpot, Slack.
- Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : Business Level
- Workplace Area: BTS Asok
- Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri)
