**Job Purpose**:
The position will drive and execute the deployment of talent management and talent development to build capabilities and organizational effectiveness for the achievement of the business results.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Talent Management**
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management is focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the HRBP to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Responsible for building a robust talent pool for key positions across the Minor Food.
**Talent Development**
- The role will be responsible for supporting the HR Generalists in creating Talent development plans, including career moves for graduate and high potential talent.
- Work with Group Learning & Development to utilize tools and processes, and carry out E2E talent activities within Minor Food
- Manage assessment and development of High potential talent.
- Support New Gen Program.
**Talent Capability Building**
- Work with MINT Group L&D in the compilation and monitoring of IDPs for our Top Talent
**Qualifications**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet targets
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Between 4-5 years experience of which 2-3 in driving and executing Talent Development activities in a multicultural, international environment

**ADDITIONAL NOTES**:
The individual will need to work with limited supervision and will be expected to lead the way in the area of talent acquisition effectiveness in the Global Business.
As this is a new role the individual must be flexible to adjust to the changing priorities of the business.
