1. Explore various online and offline channels for the brand to further expand sales channels.
2. Find partnership and collaborative opportunities for the brand to explore options for sales growth.
3. Ability to liaise and communicate efficiently with internal and potential partners.
4. Work closely with the Product Development team to spot opportunities in the market and come up with solutions to capitalize on the market needs.
5. Strategize and collaborate with the Product Development team on New Product Development and bringing products to market.
6. Ability to create and execute marketing strategies for existing and developing products
7. Manage and monitor the execution of all channel marketing activities in order to ensure their performance and execute effectively based on KPI, sale target, ROI.
8. Create an enduring marketing message and control effective advertisement through media script, advertorial, as well as prepare related material. that results in increased sales, customer loyalty, improving market share and online engagement.
9. Monitor market trend and competitors to identify opportunities and learning analysis.
10. Manage and control spending of all activation programs and doing the marketing performance report.
11. Be a mentor and coach for junior members and teams.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
2. Flexibility to travel to partner offices.
3. 4-6 years of experience in partnership development, Account Management, Business Development, or related fields (Health and beauty industry is preferred.)
4. Strong communication skills and can converse effectively both in Thai and English
5. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
6. Expert negotiation skills
7. “Can do” attitude and result oriented.
8. Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible/ honest/ creative.
9. Work well under pressure and fast moving environment.
10. Work well with team and maintain relationship with coordinator team.
11. Advanced in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel (Pivot table, formula etc.) to simplify data processing and analytic.
12. Strong leadership, teamwork skills and hard working.
13. High responsibility, strategic thinking, innovative mindset and problem-solving
14. Team management experience.**English Level**:
