**Job Detail**:

- Sales (Office interiors) (40K-50K) (SDG-103776)
- พนักงานฝ่ายขาย (ตกแต่งภายในสำนักงาน)-
- Regular follow-up with existing clients to catch their needs
- Develop new customers for new business opportunities
- Define requirements (hearing needs, making proposals)
- Coordination with internal designers, external construction staff, etc.
- Make Estimation
- Determination of specifications, including the color of various types of furniture.
- Be the point of contact for all inquiries throughout the process.
- Be in charge of 5 to 10 projects at the same time, including large and small ones.

**Responds to incoming inquiries 70%: 30% new (expect to develop new business in the future)- Other tasks as assigned- ติดตามผลลูกค้าปัจจุบันอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อตอบโจทย์ความต้องการ
- พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อรับโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
- กำหนดข้อกำหนด (ความต้องการการได้ยิน การทำข้อเสนอ)
- ประสานงานกับนักออกแบบภายใน, เจ้าหน้าที่ก่อสร้างภายนอก ฯลฯ
- ทำการประมาณค่า
- การกำหนดคุณสมบัติรวมถึงสีของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ประเภทต่างๆ
- เป็นช่องทางการติดต่อเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลตลอดกระบวนการ
- รับผิดชอบโครงการ 5 ถึง 10 โครงการในเวลาเดียวกัน ทั้งโครงการขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็ก
