**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

You'll become a true _business closer_, setting up appointments with private clients who want to refresh their spaces with an exclusive touch, or with developers working on large-scale projects with multiple residential units, introducing an innovative concept: interior design as a service included with the property purchase. The real estate agents' network can also be a golden opportunity, as they often have high-profile contacts.

You’ll work exclusively with the luxury market, meeting our criteria: closing deals on properties valued at a minimum of $1 million. If you’re a qualified architect, you can leverage your skills to bridge the gap between architectural design and our luxury furniture and interior design services.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- **Sales experience**: proven track record in sales, preferably within the furniture, real estate, or architectural sectors.
- **Extensive network**: established connections with real estate developers, affluent clients, and influential industry figures.
- **Communication skills**: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to closing deals.
- **Site visits**: conduct thorough site visits to evaluate projects and monitor progress effectively.
- **Project management**: oversee project timelines, shipping, and installation, ensuring they align with our standards.
- **Software proficiency**: proficient in autocad for drafting and design purposes.
