Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Level 30, Bhiraj Tower at The Emquartier, 689 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design Process: Collaborate and contribute to the interior design process from the schematic design stage through to the finalization of design, ensuring creative and practical solutions for each project.
- Technical Documentation: Create and manage design-related documents, including all technical drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, and interior design details using AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Develop 3D models and renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona to visualize the design concepts and present them effectively.
- Material and FFandE Specifications: Prepare detailed materials schedules, FFandE schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to acquire necessary samples or information for projects.
- Client and Supplier Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, providing on-site advice and ensuring that project requirements are met.
- Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adhering to project schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or a related role.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Photoshop.
- Strong hand sketching abilities.
- Proficiency in presentation software such as PowerPoint and InDesign.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. (Vietnamese or Japanese would be a plus)
- Strong time management and project coordination skills.
