**Job Summary**:
**Job Description / Responsibilities**:

- Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration.
- Create main Concept and Design Development of the Interior Design.
- Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams.
- Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources.
- Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for latest information.
- Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality spaces.
- Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards.
- Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project.
- Male / Female. Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design/Architecture or related fields.
- 2-5 years’ experience for Interior Designer **for International projects, hospitality, retail, office or commercial developments.**:

- Strong sketching and hand drawing skills.
- Advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit, 3D Modelling & Rendering is a must. (Lumion / Enscape)
- Tracking latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence.
- Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry.
- Luxury Hospitality, Office and Retail preferred.
- Good knowledge of materials, specs, and construction detailing.
- Strong leadership, self-organization, and coordination skills. High integrity, problem solving and initiative.
- Multi-taking and ability to handle few projects at the same time.
- **Good command of both spoken and written English.**:

- Thai National only.

**Salary**: ฿20,000.00 - ฿30,000.00 per month
