Dao Ethical Gifts (DEG) is a Thai-registered Social Enterprise. DEG was initiated and recognized as Baan Dek Foundation's spin-off social enterprise. DEG works closely with Baan Dek Foundation's women empowerment program to empower skills and generate extra income for marginalized women and mothers living in urban slums. DEG produces customizable products that offer a meaningful alternative to traditional corporate gifts. The ethical gifting business model of DEG, provides a platform, promoting sustainability and boosts women’s economic empowerment. Each order placed with Dao creates work and extra income for vulnerable women, helping them improve their lives and meet their family needs. DEG collection ranges from EVERYDAY merchandise to accessories and wellness products like Tote bags, pouches, clutches, bracelets, t-shirts, conference-related souvenirs, and even meditation candles.

The Sales & customer relationship Officer will play an essential role in DEG by growing sales, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the entire sales cycle and client relationships. You will work closely with various staff under DEG to carry out your mission.

**Job Title**: Sales, Customer relationship Officer

**Type of Contract**: Full-time employment position for 1 year (with the possibility of extension)

**Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

**Expected Start Date**: 1 July or ASAP

Key responsibilities of this position will entail but are not limited to the following:

- Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Utilize various methods like cold calling, networking events, and online research to identify and reach out to potential customers.
- Customize sales approaches and develop tailored solutions by analyzing customer needs and preferences.
- Deliver engaging presentations using effective communication techniques.
- Continuously update the prospect database through market research and networking.
- Collaborate on targeted campaigns and strategies to generate new business.
- Client management: Follow-up on existing leads and maintaining an excellent relationship to ensure a high customer satisfaction.
- Drive efficient coordination between Sales, the Production team and customers (local and foreign) to serve customer needs. The officer will be the focal point.
- Regularly communicate with existing customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze DEG's customers needs to make recommendations for product development:

- Adapt sales speech, and prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on DEG products.
- Ensure that all sales material are updated (catalog of products, pricelist, presentations) following management decisions
- Internal and external stakeholder management: Report monthly sales, inquiries, and satisfaction report, following the KPI
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer inquiries, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators set by management, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor DEG stock to comply with Thai audit requirements.
- In charge of logistic related to stock managment in Bangkok
- Coordinate with the finance and production teams to reconcile stock records.
- Anticipate and address stock-related issues, such as shortages or excess inventory, to minimize disruptions to customer orders and optimize inventory management.
- Represent and organize Dao’s booth at markets and fairs.
- Coordinate and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase DEG's products and services.
- Organize the logistics and setup of Dao's booth, including promotional materials, product displays, and staffing.
- Engage with event attendees, gather leads, and follow up with potential customers after the event.
- Admin office work: Ensure timely clearance of bills and invoices:

- Collaborate with the finance department to review and process bills, invoices, and payment requests.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure prompt payment and maintain positive relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Nationality**: Thai nationality

**Language requirements**: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai; other languages are considered a plus.

**Education/ Experience**:

- Studies: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in sales, digital marketing, business administration, or a similar background.
