We are seeking to hire 1 Customer Support representative to join our dynamic team in customer support roles within an online food ordering company. This is an exceptional long-term opportunity, perfect for individuals who are ready to thrive in a vibrant and engaging work-from-home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Performing data entry tasks, simple translation, and other administrative duties
3. Engaging in cross-selling and marketing initiatives when required

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in Thai and Mandarin; English proficiency is advantageous
2. Availability to work certain shifts during US Central Time (9 AM to 10 PM)
3. Prior experience in customer support roles
4. High computer and internet literacy
5. Stable, reliable internet connection
6. Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred
7. Comfortable with multitasking and managing various responsibilities
8. A quiet home workspace conducive for phone interactions with customers
9. Openness to a remote (work-from-home) arrangement
10. Willingness to undergo comprehensive paid training

Additional Skills:
1. Experience in the online food ordering / e-commerce industry is a plus
2. Experience in related fields such as cross-selling and marketing will be considered favorably.

Pay: ฿21,000.00 - ฿33,000.00 per month
