Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by the management.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:
- No educational qualification limit.
- Good command of English skills.
- Welcome new graduates.
- Experience in any related role is an advantage.
- Able to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Work hybrid **every other week ( work in the office 3-4 day/ week )**
