Could you be the full-time **Operations Support & CRO Manager in Bangkok, Thailand** we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
- You'll be managing the execution of the Modifications & Warranty team, Materials Team and Training team on the on the services project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, ensuring the readiness for Revenue Service and implement a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- You’ll also integrates Supply Chain & Quality requirements for modifications, warranty and industrial management and continually improves modifications, warranty and industrial performance by deploying lean manufacturing methods, tools and culture.
- You’ll take care and lead the development and execution of the long term repair and overhaul strategy for the services activities and also manages a team of 20~30 staff across the two sites.
**We’ll look to you for**:
- Propose finalize and lead modifications and warranty strategy.
- Review and improve the Training strategy and competency management for all levels of the organization.
- Review and develop plans for the middle management and technicians ensuring accountability and leadership.
- Ensure there are no shortages on the materials supply for all the activities under the contract.
- Review, improve and develop where necessary the mid/long term strategy for repairs and overhauls for the services activities.
- Transform the Mods/Warranty team into the overhaul team as per the required timelines and efficiently manage the workload.
- Develop a coherent and efficient make or buy analysis to improve the project QCD.
- Prepare the CAPEX request & manage the investment program where required.
- Ensure mods, warranty is properly executed with respect to Alstom standards, methods and tools.
- Ensure that Production is properly executed for the scope of activities.
- Ensure that requirements in terms of Safety, EHS, special processes, Q alerts, etc. are properly identified and applied within the processes and documentations.
- Ensure the overall modifications program and warranty capacity is defined and managed.
- Ensure standards deployment plan and ensure homogeneous deployment throughout depots.
- Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package during the defects liability period.
- Manage Reliability Growth with customer and internally (Field Modifications, Fleet Checks ) to achieve the contractual Reliability target if required.
- Ensure 8D follow-up with Quality.
- Ensure standards deployment plan and ensure homogeneous deployment throughout depots.
- Drive Warranty Back-office function to support Site team (repair loop, spares, consignment stock, FM preparation).

- Experience in delivering complex railway projects or/and monorail projects.
- Experience in QHSE site based requirements.
- Strong Project Management and Leadership Skills.
- Good knowledge of industrialization tools and methods and techniques.
- Knowledge in Contract and Commercial Management.
- Excellent People Management Skills, Communication Skills and Coaching Skills.
