**You will shine here if you enjoy**
- **Building Strategies and Driving Results.** Leveraging product and market data, you’ll develop and execute strategies for brand growth, new product introductions, strategic expansions, and reduction/exits of underperforming brands or products. You will work closely with brands to develop, manage, and optimize assortments to drive the development of each category. You will collaborate with the brands and education teams, sharing insights about potential team and customer learning needs.
- **Creating new products assortments. **Tomorrow’s new and innovative products are waiting to be discovered. You’ll identify trends, areas of opportunities, and will source and develop new brands to fill upcoming needs and gap within your categories.
- **Being a Cross-Functional Leader.** Build strong relationships with brands and advise them on the best way to plan and execute products launches, activations, and delight our customers, within their budgets. Communicate brand and business opportunities to our stores. Lead fixture and planogram planning and implementation with internal partners. Working closely with the supply chain team, secure stock coverage to ensure deliveries meet launch dates and campaigns.

**We would love to hear from you if**
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience e.g., working in beauty industry with brand or retailer.
- You’re Highly numerate and analytical, with sound commercial judgment.
- You enjoy working in fast paced environment and under pressure
- You have strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiation, conflict management)
- You are resourceful and result-driven, with a passion for beauty products.
- You have good command of spoken and written English & Thai
