Senior Recruitment Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating and implementing HR talent supply strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
- Ensuring successful implementation of the recruitment plan.
- Managing and monitoring recruitment activities.
- Working with recruitment and outsourcing agent agencies on selected assignments.
- Promoting the efficiency of recruitment by providing support and guidance.
- Training and guiding line managers, and auditing recruitment processes as necessary.
- Supporting the implementation of regional and global HR projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Law, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years working recruitment experience, recruitment agencies or relevant managerial positions and HR functions, experiences in ICT business are preferred.
- Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with proven track records in meeting tight recruitment schedules.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law and statutory compliance.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics.
- Proactive, solutions-thinking, and innovative approach.
- Possess strong organizing and pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achievement-oriented, independent, responsible, and a team player.
- Able to work effectively in multicultural environments.
