- Lead and mentor a team of three HR Managers, each responsible for HR functions in different entities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle complex HR issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on employment law matters and ensure HR processes are legally sound.
- Utilize HR analytics to gather insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data-driven approaches to enhance HR effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of strategic HR management and its integration with business goals.
- Experience managing a team of HR professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
