The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Responsible for initiatives to drive Short tail KOL adoption to livestream
- Ensure smooth execution of production and studio initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Work closely with Business Development to deliver the best quality livestream performance and value-for-money to brands
- Ensure amply supply of Short tail KOLs for brand selection
- Request and track sub-team's budgeting and performance to be in line with benchmarked efficiency metrics
- Coordinate with livestream regional PICs on a day-to-day basis

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional relevant working experience. (If has an experience in Project Management fields is a plus)
- Good hands-on experience in project management
- Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
- Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
