**Product Management at Coda**

Our Product Managers are individuals with a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach. Their role involves taking charge of product development from start to finish, with emphasis on analysis and experimentation to deliver the best possible product for our users. This involves driving the product strategy and working closely with senior leadership across various departments to design, build, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

You will need to have a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, spend considerable time with your scrum teams, and be enthusiastic about developing engineered processes and technologies to build solutions which drive organizational improvements.

As the Lead Risk Strategy Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing our anti-fraud systems that detect and prevent fraudulent activities. In this impactful role, you will be in charge of supervising the creation of our internal anti-fraud platform and increase the robustness of our payment services. You will closely collaborate with colleagues across Coda Payments' wide array of Pay ins, Payouts, and ecommerce products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Your primary focus is to deeply understand system threats and leverage a wide array of technologies to enhance product security, capabilities, and performance. Using this expertise, you'll lead strategy, execution, for our Risk Management System. As a technical expert with strong business acumen, you'll create proactive detection and protective mechanisms to secure our systems.
- Defining a risk systems roadmap to meet our business objectives, fostering strong collaboration across teams and managing your product’s lifecycle end-to-end.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, business stakeholders such as finance, accounting, publisher partnership and channel partnership to define a product roadmap.
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog based on user feedback and business value.
- Define success metrics and measure the impact of features you build.
- Leading the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
- Creating feedback loops to understand stakeholders pain points and representing them sufficiently to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- +8 years experience in digital product management, working with dominant globally established product lines with audience, reach, and revenue in the millions.
- 3+ years of experience in working on databases, schema design, analytics, BI, or data-oriented services products
- A track record of successfully shipping product features against clearly defined success metrics
- Proficient in SQL language, able to find problems and solve problems through data from the data platform
- Experience working with complex data flows and architectures, demonstrating an ability to influence engineering roadmaps to improve products
- Outcome focused, constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities, with clear and consistent principles for prioritization that maximize ROI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superior ability to articulate complex requirements to both technical and business audiences both small and large.
- Creative problem solver, ready to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful
- Passionate about continuous product improvements through rapid experimentation & iteration, and optimization cycles.
- Experience in entrepreneurship or a passion for tackling new, ground-up products, embracing the exciting journey of crafting inventive solutions in a constantly changing market.
