Senior Manager: Customer Services Product

**Aufgaben**:

- Initiate and develop new Customer Services product concept to increase the market exploitation and opportunity in order to set up CS activities that could increase CS turnover to achieve CS OP revenue
- Enhancement Parts trading business to achieve CS revenue and expansion Parts trading business opportunity on potential sales area, cooperate with OS to implement Parts Trading Concept & strategy in Thailand
- Steering and further development/improvement existing CS products ; MB Oil, MB Paint, MB Tire, MBSP, StarParts, Reman, Accessory, Mme store and Initiate new CS Products to enhance CS turnover opportunity ( Service Package, Service selection, etc.), cooperate with Pricing team to set up CS Products pricing strategy to maintain prices competitive and profitability
- Development Customer Services products integration with digital channel ; Online platform, Cooperate with IT and CS Process to achieve CS Product On line implementation
- Cooperate with CS Marketing, Field force, Reporting, Pricing to develop CS Product to in line with Company strategy to increase CS profitability
- Special Project & Cross function assignment

Provide support and direction for subordinate staff to assist them to reaching development potential. Encourage and coaching them to have appropriate knowledge and experiences**Qualifikationen**:
Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry
Solid experience in Product planning and Business development
Experience in Aftersales business (Customer Services preferable in automotive industry
Experience in Parts management, Parts sales or online product sales

Technical knowledge

Knowledge of feasibility study, analysis, and reporting
Knowledge of Business/Product development
Knowledge of Product planning and long-life cycle planning
Excellent analytical skills
Skills and experience to manage complex projects, Project Management Certification a plus
Knowledge of PC and basic Automotive software; DMS, Autoline, Xentry, etc

Soft skills/individual competence

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, self-motivated and a team player with pro-active attitude and good problem solving
Customer-focus, creative and highly responsible
Demonstrated ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Pro-active attitude and good problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English
