Job Summary

Make the identity verification process across AIS and strategic partners
simple, quick, and fraud-free

Job Description
- Define the structure, responsibilities, and processes for customer identification and authentication from the outset of overall AIS perspective
- Create procedures for facilitating customer identification excellence and set guidelines for participation and execution across AIS
- Standardized AIS Digital ID, customer/partner onboarding document (digital verification of passports, ID cards, driver's licenses, visas, and other ID documents) and biometric verification and continue to ensure AIS pratice is consistent with government, private sector and global tech standard
- Act as a Product Owner of digital AIS ID and ensure digital service and system design is simple, quick and fraud-free
