**Main Purpose**
- The overarching role of Commercialization is to enable PepsiCo to accelerate growth by rapid development and flawless execution of ‘Fewer, Bigger, Better, Faster’ innovation.
- This role is reporting to Asia Beverages BU Commercialization manager and required for both:

- To support the Innovation and Commercialization agenda across Asia Beverages BU, leading innovation projects and driving cross-functional teams to deliver the launch and owning the Innovation systems data to ensure quality and reliable inputs and KPI reporting,
- To support Capability agenda, working with the Commercialization Leadership Team, cross-functional senior stakeholders and the Global Commercialization function to ensure Commercialization teams and cross-functional teams, where necessary, ae equipped with the toolkits and skills required to be successful in commercializing the PepsiCo Innovation agenda. This is particularly important given the function’s start-up nature across APAC
**Asia BU Projects Management agenda**:
Lead project management of Asia BU Beverages innovations and Renovation projects end-to-end from idea initiation through the innovation commercialization phase to launch (projects to be aligned with Commercialization leadership). This includes:

- Leading and driving cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales etc) to develop and deliver the launch
- Managing scope, timeline, risks, contingencies, costs and acting as ‘single voice of truth’ in projects in managing stakeholders via providing impartial view of project status to drive decision making
- Lead bi-weekly cross-functional team project meetings
- Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority
- Stay connected to broader commercialization team to identify best practice to improve the stage gate process
- Exhibit strong understanding of Asia BU commercialization process to help guide team and identify key task
- Drive a best in class Innovation process by leading the documentation and presentation requirements for the monthly Stage Gate Innovation forum for Asia BU Beverages
- Leading the compilation and circulation of the agenda and Innovation Project documentation
- Monitoring Innovation Project documentation to ensure compliance with the Global Innovation protocol (i.e. completeness, quality, in line with guardrails)
- Partnering closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with other business processes e.g. R&D team and Technical Stage Gate
- Overseeing on time and accurate updating of Accolade by project leaders, including following Stage Gate meetings
- Monitor and undertake analysis into the Innovation project launch tracker by engaging with BU leaders on launch delivery timing to ensure initiatives are on time, highlighting any projects at risk (e.g. behind development / launch schedule); provide updates to Commercialization leadership to ensure delivery of plan
- Own Accolade data integrity, with responsibility for ensuring quality inputs and compliance in line with Innovation requirements and business KPIs
**Capability agenda**:

- Support the development and roll-out of the functional capability agenda in Asia BU Beverages, leveraging global best practices (tools, processes)
- Act as owner for overall Innovation Stage Gate & Accolade processes, with responsibility for ad hoc training and day-to-day support of Asia BU Beverages cross-functional teams

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- High level of business acumen, must be commercially savvy with strong analytical skills
- Result-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership - can operate well with changes, fast-paced cross-functional environment
- Strong and effective communicator with people of all levels and functions in the organization
- Proven project leadership/management skills, ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines
- Strength in data analysis and interpretation in order to develop business recommendations
- Able to function in a heavily matrixed environment across levels and functions
- Understanding of FMCG innovations, including consumer ideation and Insights processes through to Make/Move/Sell capability
- Bachelor degree, minimum 8 years experience
- Fluent English
