- KPI goals for Logistics Annual Saving target, Managed Spend percentage and Supplier Strategy development for key logistics commodities.
- Lead annual Ocean freight forward bidding activity for the region under strategy alignment with Global team.
- Maintain the relationship with key freight forwarders for business sustainability and solving commercial issues.
- Work with BU Purchasing team for sourcing on target of Logistics packages, review and approval Ariba PR/PO, make sure high level of process compliance.
- Support the sustainability activities for Scope 3 carbon emission reduction related with logistics commodities.

- Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
- Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, safety plant tour, Lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, Suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE.
- Conduct Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor Degree, Major of Business or Logistics will be a plus.
- At least 8 years’ working experience in the purchasing organization of Multinational Company.
- Background of Logistics Purchasing Manager, experience APAC regional role with good understanding of Air/Ocean freight market.
- Skill of communication, negotiation, problem solving and strategy development.
- Customer focus and strong team working spirit.
- Good English skill in both speaking and writing, can speak Chinese mandarin is a plus.
