Marketing Leader - Skincare (TH & ASEAN)

**Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy
- Define the marketing strategy for the product portfolio in both Thailand and ASEAN.
- Identify new market opportunities to drive the core portfolio of the responsible brands, ensuring harmonization and profitability across ASEAN.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, consumer preferences, competitor analysis, and category insights in each country and ASEAN, to curate the right product portfolio.
- Lead the harmonization process for the ASEAN portfolio and drive efficiency across markets.
- Represent ASEAN in providing key insights and opportunities to the Global and Regional teams, facilitating the development of relevant innovations and communication materials for the ASEAN markets.
- Lead ASEAN’s business validation for new product development, top-down targets, campaign planning, and communication development. Consolidate feedback and insights from local markets to inform the Global and Regional teams.

Business Management
- Develop and own the annual marketing plan (PMP), annual marketing financial plan (ABP), and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets for personal care in Thailand and consolidate ASEAN.
- Oversee the A&P activities for assigned product portfolios in Thailand.
- Collaborate with Media & Digital Agencies to create an effective media strategy and optimize consumer journey within the allocated budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Supervise a team of Senior Brand Managers, Brand Managers, and Marketing Operation Executives, providing guidance for day-to-day business operations, analysis, precision marketing, and successful product launches.

Team Management
- Lead and mentor a high-caliber team, including Senior Brand Managers, Brand Managers, and Marketing Operation Executives.
- Set annual individual priorities for team members, aligning them with company priorities, category objectives, and their personal development goals.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and monitor their development plans, ensuring regular progress assessments.
- Facilitate discussions on career development opportunities and provide guidance to support their growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experienced Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Product/Brand Management in multinational FMCG companies are preferred.
- Possess team management experience sizing between 7 - 9 people.
- Strong analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven experience and excellent track record in managing multiple product categories.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
