**Customer Service Administrator **Position**

**The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible Orders and expedites equipment for all off-site installations according to contractual deadlines. Creates and maintains database to track all problems reported during the installation process. Prepares customer invoice for labor and material costs. Forwards customer inquiries and requests to appropriate person/department. Promotes company's products and services through incoming customer calls.**:

**Admin Support**
- ** Coordinate with Company Legal Consultant on preparing documents to Government Parties i.e. BOI, DBD, RD, etc.**:

- ** Coordinate with the shipping company to arrange for Custom Clearance.**:

- ** Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.**:

- ** Procurement working i.e. issuing PO.**:

- ** Office equipment/supplies management i.e. Customer Lounge.**:

- ** Interact with the various company departments.**:

- ** Assist in scheduling tasks if required**:

- ** Work as a Customer Service Representative**:

- ** Perform other related tasks as assigned by Manager**:
**Accounting Support**
- ** Check suppliers payments.**:

- ** Check WHT/VAT filing.**:

- ** Check training register (RRR) and reconcile with training report (JL), work with CS to confirm the monthly revenue recognition.**:

- ** Assisting in compiling month end report to Regional/HQ.**:

- ** Assisting in banking contact, coordinating with tax office and auditors.**:

- ** May Perform simple mathematical operations.**:

- ** Perform other related tasks as assigned by Manager**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree.**:

- ** 4-6 years of work experience.**:

- ** Fluency in English**:
