Our client is an innovative leader offering high-tech solutions for sheet metal fabrication machinery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing spare parts and service fee quotations to customers promptly.
- Coordinating with customers, in-house service engineers, field service engineers, and other departments for a smooth workflow and operation.
- Following up on PO and issuing invoices and credit notes to customers.
- Performing various coordinating tasks and administrative duties like maintaining reports and project documentation.
- Arranging flight, transportation, and accommodation booking for business trips for Service Manager.
- Completing the minute of meetings, collecting and preparing data for the weekly report, meeting, and other project or ad-hoc reports.
- Preparing and coordinating schedule and hospitality arrangements for visitors and guests of the service team.
- Performing other administrative, projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age not more than 35 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sale Coordinator, Sale Administrative, Service Admin, and Service Coordinator is a must.
- Strong background and knowledge in issuing invoices, issuing credit notes, issuing quotations, and following up on PO is a must.
- Experience in coordinating with customers.
- Experience in the Trading, Machine Service industry is an advantage.
- Good command of English (Tested by a Native Speaker PRTR).
- Has positive thinking, good attitude, flexible, service mind.
- Strong in Microsoft Office such as Excel.
- Able to work at Motorway Road, Ladkrabang.
