Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:

- Develop and manage comprehensive performance management frameworks across departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and process inefficiencies.
- Lead regular performance reviews and deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders to enhance overall business performance.

2. Strategic Improvement Initiatives:

- Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities within the business.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and execute strategic improvement projects that align with organizational goals.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives and to ensure performance targets are met.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools to provide real-time visibility of operational metrics.
- Present performance reports to senior leadership with recommendations for future improvements.

4. Strategic Project Management:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects aimed at achieving business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and set key milestones.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work cross-functionally with key departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of improvement strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between country-level operations and regional teams to ensure the successful deployment of performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged in performance management processes and improvement initiatives.

**Job Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in performance management, operations management, or process improvement, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Strong track record of successfully implementing performance improvement strategies and driving operational excellence.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, upper-intermediate to advance excel) and data visualization is a must.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Thai.
