**About The Role**

A Chief of staff in the healthcare industry is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic initiatives and projects that support the growth and improvement of healthcare organizations. This individual plays a critical role in navigating the complexities of the healthcare landscape by combining strategic planning, project management, and leadership skills.

Here is a concise job description for a Chief of Staff in healthcare:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with the organizational strategy
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Commercial, operational, finance, commercial excellence and Omnichannel
- Secretary and member of the leadership team, ensure meeting exellence agenda definition, pre-reads preparation and timely distribution, meeting management and follow up of minutes/action items
- Sales and EBIT country level
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, project budgets, and resource allocations
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, and act as a liaison between various departments and external partners
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Implement project risk management plans to minimize risks and issues impacting project delivery
- Present regular reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
- Ensure that projects adhere to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational policies
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by analyzing project successes and challenges to identify opportunities for process enhancement
- The Strategic Project Director will oversee and drive strategic healthcare projects from inception to completion. The role is pivotal in aligning project outcomes with the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- Member of the country Healtcare leadership team and responsible for contributing to the strategic goals of country Healthcare
- Role model and enable an environment that fosters adherence to company policies in terms of ethics & compliance behaviors

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field and **Master's degree is A MUST**:

- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in project management within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale, complex projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and the current industry landscape
- ** Fluent in English and Thai**
