- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics-Route- Location: Thailand- Create awareness of sellers focus culture & quality improvement
- Manage and monitor team members working process of Service Support & Hypercare
- Provide corrective & preventive maintenance activities for operation, including service inspection to ensure that the shipment could be delivered and all the problems during the process can be solved in time
- Work closely with operation team and processes & support team to ensure that all problems are dealt with by priority and customers/merchants' requirements
- Ensure that Operation issues from sellers raised have been resolved in a timely manner

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of work experience
- Experience in warehouse, logistic or related field is a plus.
- Possessing strong analytical mind-set and problem-solving skill with sense of urgency
- Good in MS Excel with analytical skill
- High Leadership skill, mature and able to work in dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership
