**About Toll Group**

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Grow the company's air and ocean freight business/services, in accordance with the sales strategy especially on the MNC and Chinese market.
- Serve as the main sales contact point for assigned customers.
- Find, develop and qualify leads, then convert them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
- Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve agreed growth targets
- Manage customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls and closing deals
- Drive the business and grow the company's revenue, market share and profitability.
- Build relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including presentations to the customers and representation at industry events.
- Incorporate the daily use of the Global Sales Platform to document sales activity and relevant customer business details.

**SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB**

**Business**
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- Min 5 years experienced in Sales or business development in Freight forwarding industries.
- Have a good command of English (speaking and writing).
- Chinese speakers would be an advantage as this position requires plan to uplift and promote CN-TH /TH-CN tradeline.

**Technical**
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**People Skills**
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, good collaboration, dedicated, hard-working and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to build business relationships with networks, customers, and co-workers at all levels.
- Well-organized, fast learning and service minded.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills and sensible for market trends.
- Good on presentation and negotiation skills
