Senior Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Monitoring the performance of the senior sales teams by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs
- Devising and implementing systems to keep staff motivated and maintain a high level of morale
- Recruiting and training sales staff and ensuring that the department is appropriately resourced to deal with fluctuations in sales volumes
- Researching, analyzing and setting price points to maximize sales and maintain healthy profit margins.
- Identifying opportunities by keeping track of competitor activity
- Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share.
- Maintaining sales records and design reports to ensure that the data collected is being utilized effectively
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and enhance brand visibility.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Researching, analyzing, and setting price points to maximize sales and maintain healthy profit margins
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (Chinese language will be considered advantageous)
- Ability to travel for work, both domestically and internationally (Attend trade shows, exhibitions or events.)
