**Your role at Exness**:
The team leader within the Premier account management function will lead a team of specialized, client-facing key account managers focused on providing an exceptional level of care to high-value Premier clients through a value-driven, relationship-based approach. As a key member of a rapidly growing frontline function at Exness, the Premier account management team leader will not only manage their own portfolio of clients, but also lead by example, guiding their team to achieve desired outcomes throughout the Premier client user journey. You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location, and relocate to Southeast Asia after the first 2 or 3 months.

**You will**:
**As a team lead**:

- Create an inspiring team environment by motivating team members and fostering an open and transparent communication culture.
- Cascade down strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the wider Premier team and CIB function.
- Achieve personal performance goals and ensure team members achieve overall targets through ongoing coaching, support, and effective management as required.
- Be responsible for overall team productivity.
- Ensure that you and your team conduct business aligned with Exness’ ideology.
- Contribute to overall success of the wider Premier account management team by sharing best practices.
- Participate in the hiring of key account managers and key account specialists.
- Provide informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.
- Ensure a strong and robust communications process between all staff within the team and across the wider function as needed by leading communications sessions and meetings with managers and seeing to the appropriate dissemination of communications to support staff.
- Collaborate with the department heads when necessary on strategic initiatives.
- Delegate tasks and project-manage where necessary in order to achieve deadlines.
- Be responsible for overall team productivity.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Discover training needs of team members providing access to education and coaching.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

**As a Premier account manager**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and Exness.
- Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, and growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.
- Direct customers to a specific outcome through company-approved communication channels.
- Deliver effective solutions to clients by collaborating with other departments across Exness, e.g. business intelligence, product, and payments.
- Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items, and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Exness’ products and services.
- Keep customers up-to-date with Exness’ developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Tend to customers’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers.
- Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
- Coordinate and manage issue resolution.
- Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of Exness business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and strategies to ensure that opportunities for new business are not overlooked.

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in financial services
- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisor role
- Ability to use advanced English and Thai language for different work & business purposes
- Sales-driven and a motivated personality to achieve and exceed KPIs/targets
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to make decisions in a thoughtful, yet timely manner
- Excellent persuasion and influencing skills
- Strong commercial mindset
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Investment license / financial certifications (highly regarded)
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
