Commercial Representative

**Major Responsibilities**
- Monitor petrochemical market trend and price through market survey, published journals and other sources to ensure up to date market knowledge and information.
- Develop sale and purchase forecast and plan of Olefins and By-products of Olefins as well as feedstock and co-feedstock to derivative plants ("Related Products") for short term and long-term period to ensure product sufficiency and reliability.
- Negotiate, develop and manage sale and purchase agreement of the Related Products.
- Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure that the Related Products quantity and quality meet our requirements.
- Analyze and support sale and purchase data of the Related Products for both internal and external parties such as Excise, Ministry of Commerce etc.
- Improve the Related Products sale and purchase process for GC’s group.
- Develop monthly/Yearly sale summary report and monitor customer and supplier performance as well as operational complaints to enhance or improve efficiency.
- Execute customer relationship management to ensure sustainability and long-term good relationship with the existing customer.
- Be a part of develop, implement and maintain of SAP, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineer, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics are preferable.
- At least 3 years of total experiences in Petrochemical Industrial and1-2 years in sales and purchasing
- Petrochemical or Oil & gas products is preferable.
- Have knowledge of product pricing and trading is required, along witha strong commercial drive.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Have a problem solving and analytical skill to interpret sales performance and market trend.
- Experience in handling stress created by trading.
