What you'll do:
WORKFORCE PLANNING for the Region
- Drive metrics for Employment Referral and Internal Mobility funneling based on the understanding.
- Build relationships with HR business partners to anticipate hiring demand as well as timing.
- Using Talent One/Phenom data to understand demand and drive key hiring decisions and using performance reporting and key metrics to drive the performance of the attraction channels and the team.
- Building effective channels and funnel so we can provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition partners and businesses and create Intel for various talent intelligent reports.
ATTRACTING THE BEST TALENT FOR ELECTROLUX
- Actively promoting Diversity & Inclusion to become part of our everyday conversations.
- Managing the Electrolux careers page, to promote the benefits of working at Electrolux, both offered benefits and working environment.
- Create eloquent job advertisements and banners that would attract the best talent fit for the role, and who has the potential to grow their career further within Electrolux
- Delivering creative search and selection methodologies to create an inclusive recruitment process.
EFFECTIVE RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
- Owning the people acquisition process and tracking tools to ensure the delivery of a robust and effective recruitment process like LinkedIn, Phenom across the regions.
- Manage and maintain local country job search board contracts and accounts
- Administering and providing feedback on various assessment processes including psychometrics, leadership assessments, assessment centers, and other relevant tools.
- Responsible for training and sharing best practices and introducing new innovative tools or best practices that other companies are adopting.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Developing people acquisition metrics and implementing measures to drive improvements.
- Implement CI initiatives to optimize Talent Acquisition processes and reduce agency costs.
HR EXPERTISE
- Works closely with the employer branding team to understand various initiatives and programs to market Electrolux as an employer of choice within the APAC & MEA region.
TEAM LEADER
- You will manage a direct team of two people and sometimes, vendor teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading, developing, and driving product line teams and responsibilities in a regional and/or global context.
- Extensive and successful experience working in a multinational environment and preferably with large-scale transformation programs.
- Excellent personal leadership, change management, and ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.
- Is a strategic, authentic, and communicative leader with high levels of inner drive and ability to create an open, diverse, and inclusive working climate with team members that are empowered, engaged, and accountable.
