This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Communicate with potential landlords
- Research and identify suppliers
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain office records/files and monitor supplies
**Basic Accounting**:
- _Manage financial transactions and records:_ Invoices, receipts, and Bank statements.
- _Support financial operations: _Expense tracking and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in basic accounting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written English communication abilities.
