**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Leadfor M&U & DR Legacy Business in Asia Pacific (AP), you will be coaching& drivingthe sales team in AP region to manage & coordinate all M&U& DR Legacy Business activity during the various project developmentphases, from opportunity development through order entry. You will also deliverthe successful sales campaigns and customized service for Steam turbine &Generator portfolio in Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial and Power Generationmarket segments. We are looking for an experienced technical Sales Professionalwho will actively manage advance business and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you willbe expected to liaise with the customers O&M team for early businessdevelopment, manage the respectiverelationships and develop and implement the project sales strategies to secure ordersfor Siemens Energy products and services. You will identify the client projectevaluators, influencers and decision-makers in customer organization and drivethe Siemens Energy value at each stage of acquisition cycle.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead Asia Pacific (AP)region M&U & DR Legacy Business by supporting salesand sales support team and collaborate with different business areas to driveearly engagement for ensuring profitable business and sustainable growth.
- Develop and implementsales strategy for M&U & DR Legacy Business within Steam turbine &Generator business area.
- Support in structuringthe liaison with business partners (Distributors & agents) and SE increasemarket capture.
- Gather and sharerelevant knowledge (customer buying behavior, industry, market, competitor, andportfolio information) to drive business development.
- Trainingand coaching sales team for developing a clear G2M strategy, the sales captureplan incorporating customer needs, M&U strategy, and a robust market levelpricing recommendation based on the assessment of competition position.
- Leading &supporting the team in technical clarification, negotiations until contractclosure by clearly articulating SE value proposition Vs thecompetition.
- Develop new growthareas beyond our conventional product & solution offers by successful salescampaigns in the O&G, mining, and energy market to increase the businessopportunities and pipeline of SE.
- Steer the organizationfrom product to solution-based offer by developing a process/solution-drivenmindset in the team.
- Demonstrate conflictmanagement skills, sense of accountability, and have the ability to work undertime pressure. Possess persuasive presentation and effective communicationskills - both verbal and written across various cultures.
- Willingness and abilityto travel 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally required.
- Plan,organize and participate in conferences and trade shows.
- Managethe organizational risk through the entire sales development process both interms of

customer contractualobligations as well as providing robust internal sales forecasting.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor of Science inEngineering required with minimum 15 years of experience in Energy

industry with at least 12 years in technical sales/ business development / Customer relationship management role.
- Strong technicalunderstanding and experience in Steam turbine and generator required.
- Winning personality,able to listen and understand stakeholder's views, able to communicate clearlyto various audiences.
- Must be fluent inEnglish language.
- Ability to lead theteam and interact with all levels within customer organization, strong analyticaland strategic thinker with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling.
- Proficient incommunication, both written and spoken, able to discuss technical andcommercial

aspects; Strong presentations skills, bothwritten and oral at all levels.
- Willingness to travelas required.
