**Job Description**:

- Perform day to day processing of account payable transactions to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
- Ensure payable invoice, self-bill as assigned and match supplier invoices against PO, PR. Ensure correct coding and completeness of supporting documents.
- Negotiate with all suppliers to achieve longest credit terms.
- Manage and control I-pro, petty cash process, cash advance process, I-Expense process and monitor all processes to achieve company's target.
- Assisting SSC team to follow-up information of AP settlement and facilitate information for bank reconciliation report, reconcile account payable transaction and reconcile G/L as assigned.
- Prepare monthly summary expense report and forecast expenses for estimated cash flow.
- Reconciliation of payments, preparing trade account payable reconciliation report, AP aging and input VAT reconciliation report and Ad hoc report.
- Assist with month end closing, prepare monthly related report and assist with year-end audit process.
- Use accounting software Oracle, E-task and Servicenow.
- Prepare PND. 3, 53, 54, PP.30, 36 and submit tax on time.
- Problem solving skills related to AP tasks.
- Support team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting/Finance
- 1-3 years of experiences in Account Payable
- Strong in General Account Payable Standard
- Strong in Thai Tax Law
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel program.
- Thai & English speaking, writing, and reading
