- Main Responsibility for this position:
To expand business directly with local developers for house & condominium projects.
- General Tasks:
- Expand new clients (local developers)
- Develop business planning with team to increase the sale target
- Coordinate with Japanese MD to develop sales action plans
- Preparing documents to order Aluminium windows and doors from factory
- Others assign task by MD

Project Tasks:
- Focus for Developer House, Condominium project.
- Responsible for forecasting and sales follow-up.
- Setting business plan for designated market segment and product.
- Meet Architect to present with related project.
- Survey market to analyze and research for future trend, competitors.
- Report potential project customers and project works to GM and MD.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- [Must]- Bachelor degree in any field
- Good command of English
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the building material industry
- Has own car and license

[Advantage]- Able to start work immediately
- Experience in the Aluminum industry
- Have good connections with local developers**English Level**:
Level 4 - Conversational Level**Other Language**:
English
